**Responsibilities**:

- Sustain active supplier & distributer relationships to maintain a reliable source of supply, while building internal customer relationships through working closely with the operations personnel to help meet company requirements.
- Researches and identifies purchasing opportunities to ensure Freshslice utilizes its purchasing power to support franchisees.
- Able to work in a friendly, open manner and communicate well with management, purchasing team, co-workers, internal customers, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Adaptable to changing environments and rapid pace.
- Able to work well under pressure on several tasks with imposing deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Junior Buyer or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Asset to have experience importing goods.

Bonuses:

- 20% Annual Performance Bonus

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
