Food Handlers Safety Awareness Certification

Completion of a recognized Food Service Worker program, Completion of Chef Training or Culinary Management(if you are a Cook)

Proof of eligibility to work and live in Canada(work permit, PR card, study permit and citizen)

A valid Government issued photo ID

Proof of an up to date record of immunization (including a recently done TB skin test result) This can be done in any clinic and the result ready within 48hours.
