Glyco Drywall, located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area, has been serving the Lower Mainland for the past 23 years. Specializing in handling all types of drywall and steel framing for Commercial and Residential Projects, we pride ourselves on providing excellent workmanship and service. Our goal is to create a pleasant and comfortable home and business environment for our clients.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steel Framer at Glyco Drywall with key responsibilities:

- Steel Framing Installation: Measure, cut, and assemble metal framing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with drywall installers and project managers to complete projects on schedule.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe job site.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in steel framing or a related construction role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of steel framing techniques, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical demands and work in various conditions.
- Certifications: Any certifications in construction safety or steel framing are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.86-$32.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
