Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cook/Dishwasher. As a Cook/Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent service to our customers. **Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning techniques
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely food service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
