Reservations staff report to duty at 4432 Fern Resort Rd, Ramara, ON

Duties include:
Provide pricing for room packages.

Operate the phone system, take and transfer calls as well as record messages.

Enter reservations into the computer, process credit card authorizations, send out confirmations and any other information that the guests may require.

Front Desk duties include; check ins/outs, sundry sales, post charges to guest's room accounts and act as an information centre for the guests.

Shift hours may vary between 8-4pm, 11-7pm and 3-11pm.

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
