Kisumar Pizza Ltd. Currently operates QSR Pizza Hut restaurants in Brandon and Portage La Prairie and Steinbach MB. They have been servicing westman manitoba for over 35 years.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Kisumar Pizza Ltd. in Portage la Prairie Manitoba. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial management
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Willing to relocate and live in Portage la Prairie
- 4 week training period in Brandon Manitoba with store RGM

Salary - $45,000 - $55,000 annually

Quarterly performance bonuses

Subject to store performance and sales metrics met

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
