**Position: Tandoor Cook**

**Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tandoor Cook**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes using a tandoor oven, including naan, tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other tandoori specialties.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
- Manage tandoor oven operations, including temperature control and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques, particularly tandoori preparations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Passion for delivering authentic and high-quality Indian dishes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in preparing a wide range of Indian breads (naan, roti, paratha) and tandoori dishes.
- Knowledge of other Indian cooking styles is a plus.
- Ability to contribute creative ideas to enhance the menu.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.56 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
