**AEROCOM SYSTEMS, **a leading international full-service company specializing in the development, installment, and service of pneumatic tube transport systems, is searching for a **FIELD SERVICE / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN** to join our existing team in **Toronto, Canada**. Backed by more than 50 years of experience, Aerocom Systems designs, develops, and manufactures the most extensive choices of pneumatic tube systems and stations to provide state-of-the-art transport solutions for improved customer care and operational efficiencies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to**:

- Participate in the installation and maintenance of pneumatic tube systems.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with systems for hardware/software.
- Collaborate with service and project coordinators to understand and synchronize requirements and materials required for onsite installations and maintenance.
- Collaborate directly onsite with technicians, general contractors, and our clientele.
- Travel to customer sites for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of our systems.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required and (2) years of experience working with mechanical and electrical work.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record and the ability to maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Must be open and able to travel 100% of the work week with some overnight stay (see ‘travel’).
- Experience with reading blueprints, manuals, SOP’s, or instructions for installation.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of power and hand tools.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Low voltage experience is a plus
- OSHA certifications, safety, first aid training, etc., preferred but not required.

**TRAVEL**:You must be available to travel the vast majority of the workweek. You will receive mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle and will have access to a company vehicle after a probationary period. You will receive company reimbursement for mileage and a company credit card for expenses. When traveling, you will receive a per diem payment for meals.
