**Tasks**:
Maintaining the understanding of operating procedures for their machines
Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed
Reporting safety hazards within the work environment_

**Requirements**:
Must have a minimum of 3 years in snow plowing with a backhoe, skid steer, and five to salters

Must be available 24/7 as you will be on-call
Must have 3 years of a Clean Driving Record
Must send a Driver’s Abstract with your Resume
AZ/DZ License is a must
Must be able to use loader, backhoe, and skid steer
Please note that experience is required and mandatory as you will be expected to have pre-existing knowledge of the nature of the role.

**Salary**: From $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- SNOW MAINTANCE: 3 years (required)
- OPERATOR / LABOUR: 3 years (required)
