Axis Auto Finance is currently looking for an Income Analyst. The role of Income Analyst takes over several clerical tasks in the credit/funding department. The role requires flexibility to support the overflow of tasks.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the loan portfolio.
- Check income information and documentation provided by dealers to determine customer financial capability according to established guidelines.
- Compare the employment, income and loan information requested with information obtained over the phone from the dealer, employer or customer.
- Record and report to the next level unusual situations and fraudulent activities found in oral and written information obtained by verifying income and employment, in accordance with established procedures.
- Report special income cases to manager, as appropriate, for review and resolution.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in customer service roles requiring the use of telecommunication as the primary communication tool, an asset.
- Experience in income analysis and income sources an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating system, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internal software
- Demonstrated professionalism and good communication skills
- Positive and reliable team member
- Motivated and organized
