SouthCoast Hyundai in beautiful Norfolk County, Simcoe (just a short 30 min drive South of Brantford), is seeking an outgoing and customer-oriented leader to join our Award-Winning Service Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, to lead our Service Department in achieving monthly and yearly goals. Our friendly, family-oriented dealership is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service possible.

The Service Manager plays a very important role in ensuring the highest level of overall customer satisfaction.

SouthCoast Hyundai has a history of providing service excellence and has been formally recognized by Hyundai Canada. We are looking for an individual who is driven and eager to build on and surpass the dealership’s track record of success.

**Summary of Position**:

- Minimum 3 years of automotive service management experience required
- Oversee all aspects of the service department
- Answer incoming calls from customers, provide customers with friendly and professional assistance
- Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback surveys
- Focus on measurable/profitable growth of the department
- Monitor and maintain high level of KPI’s
- Train, supervise, assist, coach, encourage, motivate, inspire and support team members in their departmental operations
- Manage team members’ performance, provide informal and constructive feedback, and recognize achievements and efforts
- Manage the day-to-day operations and budget of the service department
- Manage team members in a fair and proactive manner
- Process manufacturer warranty & claims
- Participate in weekly meetings and strategic planning with General Manager

**Personal Requirements**:

- Experience in Automotive Service Management is a MUST
- Strong understanding of automotive mechanics and servicing requirements
- Experience using PBS software is considered a strong asset
- Collaborative professional who promotes team work
- Excellent computer skills
- Goal-oriented and driven by team success
- Ability to problem solve & work well under pressure

**Compensation**:

- Full Time position with benefits package
- Salary + bonus component
- Salary will be commensurate with experience

Pay: $50,992.37-$131,305.31 per year
