Toromont Material Handling is looking for a Regional Service Manager to join their team. The Regional Service Manager is responsible for the execution of all activities related to service planning and execution. It includes H&S, service efficiencies, expense follow up and execution of business plan objectives and actions related to the business plan. Responsible of customer satisfaction for his region.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:
- Reaches the profitability objectives for the service operations and completes customers’ orders according to the fixed delays, the configurations and the costs included in the customers’ contracts (internal and external)
- Optimizes customer satisfaction and service operation profitability of the service operations either in the field or in the shop
- Provide direction and guidance to Branch Supervisors and Service Staff.See that the techs get proper training on NPI
- Is responsible of the efficiency of the processes related to the service administration within his teams
- Ensures a safe environment to employees reporting to the incumbent and the cleanliness of the branches work place and building
- Involvement in Budget/ business plan and forecast exercises
**Must-haves for this role**:
- University degree in engineering or business administration or related experience and/or studies combined with 5 years’ experience in a service leadership role.
- Good communication skills (written an verbal).
- Knowledge of MSOffice software and DBS.
- Business acumen, rigorous and efficient, and results oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of the lift truck market.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and synthesize.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanic
