As a Client Relation Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your key responsibilities:

- Address client inquiries, provide information on insurance policies, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist clients with policy updates and general policy enquiries and accurately document all client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with dealerships and financial institutions to complete pending files.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
- **What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role**
- We are looking for someone who:

- Is recognized for their customer service oriented
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Is known for their good knowledge of the Office suite and software tools
- Has 3 years of experience in a call center, customer service or client relations role, preferably in the insurance industry-
