We are seeking a friendly, pleasant, reliable individual with strong organizational and prioritizing skills for a Reception position based in our busy medical clinic in Spruce Grove to start immediately. Full time Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, no evenings or weekends required.

This position will appeal to a motivated multitasker, with exceptional attention to detail, who has previous medical customer service experience in a medical office. Skills and qualities that we are looking for include:

- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong phone manner dealing with a busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner
- Must enjoy customer service, and interacting with patients on the phone and in person
- Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail and above average computer skills
- Cleaning, Inventory management and shipping/receiving of medical equipment experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $35,350.00-$41,600.00 per year
