**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food according to the standards set by the Chef
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen that meets food safety and WHMIS regulations
- Ensure personal hygiene and sanitary practices are followed at all times
- Help manage food and labour costs by following proper prep and portioning guidelines
- Communicate with the Restaurant Supervisor, line cooks, and guests when needed
- Represent the kitchen with a professional attitude and appearance
- Assist with banquet service as needed
- Execute all other duties assigned by the Chef

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and WHMIS standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
