**Key Objective**: The Customer Success Advisors responsibilities include learning and executing our sales process, making promises you can keep, being honest and straight forward with clients, meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals and at all times Making our Customers say WOW

**We are seeking to hire a sales hunter with a positive attitude immediately**

- Compensation: Minimum base salary of $18.00 per hour plus commission
- Actual Customer Success team members are earning between $865.00 to $1188.00 per week which includes hourly base pay plus commission bonuses throughout the year

- REQUIREMENTS
- Hungry, Humble and Smart
- Confidence, empathy and enthusiasm.
- An eagerness to make Customers say WOW
- Team player but also the ability to work independently
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a call center
- Professional and enthusiastic telephone manners
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
- Be a tech-savvy individual with basic to intermediate computer skills
- Be able to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm shifts, seasonal late shifts from 10:00 am-7:00pm and Saturday as seasonal demand dictates from 9:30am
- 1:00pm

- All of our team members, both in sales and service, complete a daily, tracked on-line screening form
