**Summary**

The E-commerce Fulfillment Associate supports order fulfillment across Breathe Outdoors e-commerce channels. The role is part of the e-commerce group within Breathe Outdoors and reports directly to the E-commerce Manager. Other stakeholders for the role include Store Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Management. The E-commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for order fulfillment for various E-commerce channels, like Amazon, at the Edmonton West store and offers support for E-commerce Coordinator contributing with quality control and order ship outs to increased revenue and profit. In addition, the role includes participating in day-to-day warehouse task when needed.

**Job Duties**
- Pick, pack and fulfillment of Amazon FBA shipments and corporate orders.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments and processing them in the system.
- Ensuring accurate inventory counts and product movement.
- Consistent moving and organizing boxes in the warehouse (up to 50lbs).
- Offer support to e-commerce team with web order fulfillment.
- Day-to-day product packaging and quality control for Web orders ship outs.
- Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Effectively monitors flow of goods from receiving to storage.
- Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately to Amazon.
- Support the warehouse team when needed.
- Demonstrate product knowledge expertise across multiple brands and product lines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete e-commerce projects and tasks as assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year experience in order fulfillment
- An earnest interest in ecommerce and the future of retail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with retail Point of Sale Systems (including inventory operations)
- Experience using web communication systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Thorough attention to detail, with the ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

**Work Conditions**
- Office setting, Monday through Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm,
- Some flexibility on days and hours of work may be required;
- Additional days or hours may be required for special events
- May require lifting up to 50lbs

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
