With over 320 stores in 30 countries, La Senza is the global destination for the hottest lingerie.We are looking for a Fulfillment Centre Associate to complete efficient profitable processes and fulfill customer orders for the E-commerce Distribution Center.This role reports directly to theDistribution Center Operations Manager.Job Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations of the Fulfillment Centre, including but not limited to freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers.Deliver unparalleled customer service.Exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy.Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.Trouble shoot opportunities with inventory and scanning labels.Prepare the shipments according to orders and help with loading the outgoing items on trucks.Maintain and follow the safety protocols for workers and equipment.Follow safety training to prevent safety issues.Follows internal controls, productivity, and operational procedures to efficiently process orders. Qualifications: Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment to hit 'units per hour’ productivity standards.Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50lbs consistently.Able to unload and load delivery vehicles.A critical component is to be able to identify numbers and characters clearly.Warehouse operations experience preferred.Able to quickly learn new technology applications (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce).
