Position Summary:
Nobleton Lakes Golf Club is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals (Seasonal-Full time) for the remainder of the 2025 season. Employment will start immediately and will run until roughly November 30th (weather dependent). This position is responsible for ensuring that the golf course is maintained to the highest standard set forth by our facility during the golf season.

Hiring general labourers = up to $20/hour depending on experience.

Strong work ethic - hard working, always available, positive attitude, work well in team atmosphere. Effective communication skills - listening, understanding, and responding. Commitment to working in a safe manner.

The ability to independently lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Ready and willing to work daily dressed in designated uniform and proper PPE.

Ability to work independently gaining trust with management.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance of all golf playing surfaces (greens, tees, fairways, and rough).

Assist in the maintenance of bunkers (raking, blowing, weeding, mowing/trimming).

Operate and maintain a variety of small and large equipment: mowers, tractors, string trimmers, blowers, golf carts and other landscape equipment.

Assist/foreman project work.

Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Work Hours:
40 hours/week as well as every second weekend (mornings only).

Overtime and flexible hours may be required, but are rare, during peak season.

Hours vary from 5:30 am-2:00 pm peak season, to 7:00 am-3:30 pm late/early season.

Weekdays, weekends, and holidays required as per scheduling.

Competitive wages based on experience level.

Part-time hours: 44 per week
