**What we are looking for**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Marketing & Communications Manager** to lead our marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand in the luxury home design space. This full-time role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in sales-driven marketing and a passion for crafting compelling content and brand experiences that convert. This role will play a key part in shaping our brand’s voice, increasing engagement, and strengthening relationships with customers, media, and partners.

**Key responsibilities**:
As the head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the following tasks and goals (among other things):

- Implement annual marketing plan including digital marketing, advertising, events, and ideas to generate new business.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support business goals and drive qualified leads to the sales team.
- Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging storytelling.
- Design compelling layouts for all digital advertising media & magazine advertisements.
- Coordinate with our designated photographer for photoshoots for completed projects.
- Oversee website updates, SEO, paid digital campaigns, and performance analytics.
- Actively engage with our customers through our social media channels, which helps us identify customer concerns, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging and generate marketing materials that support the buyer journey.
- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and local/grassroots marketing initiatives to build community presence and customer relationships.
- Manage public relations and communications, including press releases, internal updates, and media outreach.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing and communications experience**, preferably in a design, retail, or luxury goods environment.
- Strong understanding of performance-based marketing strategies that generate leads and sales.
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling.
- Hands-on experience managing social media and digital channels.
- Proven success in organizing events, grassroots campaigns, or partnership marketing.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys contributing to a team, but can work independently.
- Creativity and passion to develop new and bold ideas.
