Ontario Partners in Health (OPiH) is a privately held, health services management company founded in 1989, with our first mandate being to manage health services for the University of Ottawa Health. In 2019, our name was changed to reflect our broader mandate to better develop and manage healthcare services for clients and partners in our surrounding community.

OPiH offers a range of management and consulting services to primary care groups and long-term care facilities, as well as physiotherapy and massage clinics. Our services range from turn-key management of all aspects of our client’s clinical operations to specific mandates related to clinic development, human resources, technology solutions development & implementation, marketing & communications, finance & billing, and facilities & procurement.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for effectively planning and executing marketing projects and promotional opportunities that enhance the organization.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and execution of business growth strategies for OPiH clients and partners.
- Coordinate the design of marketing materials such as graphics, ad creation, brochures, signage, and social media.
- Oversee continuous improvement of web presence, analyze social data, customer behaviour insights and implement best practices to optimize performance.
- Draft internal and external communications with business partners to create messaging and visuals for our in-clinic screens.
- Determine the need/value of targeted outreach communications for potential clients, providers, employees and patients.
- Prepare and implement marketing plans for events for OPiH clients and partners.
- Track and report the effectiveness of marketing plans and provide recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Anticipate the demand for a diverse team to meet marketing, communication, and promotion opportunities for OPiH clients and partners.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience and Minimum Qualifications**:

- Degree in business administration, marketing and communications or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role. Healthcare experience is considered an asset.
- Experience planning and controlling budgets and expenditures
- Experience leading the design and execution of business growth strategies related to marketing and promotional activities.
- Experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and marketing various social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google +, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe CS5 Suite, experience in HTML/CSS, Adobe Premier-Pro/Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign); Website development and management tools (using HTML/Drupal/WordPress)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized and proficient in time management.
- Fluency, both spoken and written in English and French, is highly valued.
