**Job Summary**:
The Produce Clerk is responsible for maintaining the quality and presentation of fresh produce in the store. This includes receiving and stocking produce, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and stock produce shipments
- Maintain clean and well-organized produce displays
- Ensure produce quality and rotate stock to prevent spoilage
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with produce selection and answer questions
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Follow company standards for produce display and merchandising

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and handle produce, and stand for long periods
- Basic knowledge of produce and ability to identify different types
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to handle demands of the job

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a grocery store or produce environment
- Knowledge of produce handling and storage procedures
