Insurance- Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary: We are a reputable General Insurance Broker office currently looking to hire a Personal Lines Accounts Manager.
We are looking for someone who shares the same commitment to meeting our client's needs as we do. We value and promote the personal and professional relationships that only individual brokers can provide and are looking for someone with our shared values.
Qualifications:
- R.I.B.O license in good standing;
- Minimum 3 years experience in Personal lines;
- Experience in the Sig XP Broker Management System is an asset;
- Experience in Quoting and using Compu-Quote - Rating system
- Familiarity with the Online Broker Portals of Various Insurers
- Computer competency with brokerage tasks;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to handle incoming /outgoing phone calls re: policy changes, claims, assist with additional product offerings to existing clients etc.
This role is also intended to support our Personal Lines Team by performing the following on insurance company portals and our SIG/Keal BMS:
- Taking and processing of policy changes including and not limited to processing of renewals, endorsements, claims, payments etc.
- processing of new business policies Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, employee benefits, performance linked bonus
