Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the Director of Digital Enablement plays a pivotal role in driving companywide initiatives across marketing, IT, systems integration, and AI adoption. This hands-on leader will blend strategic vision with technical acumen to ensure organizational alignment, optimize systems, and accelerate growth-focused projects.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to drive digital transformation across the organization
- Bridge marketing, IT, and operations to align systems and strategies
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and scale
- Lead cross-departmental projects with clear KPIs and measurable impact
- Streamline processes, optimize the tech stack, and enable data-driven decision making

**What You Bring**
- A strong background (8+ years) in digital strategy, IT, or marketing technology
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation and cross-functional projects
- Experience with AI, automation, and data-driven decision making
- Comfort navigating martech, CRM, and enterprise systems
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Strong communicator who can align teams and influence at all levels
- Agile, innovative, and energized by driving business growth through technology
