**About Us**
Invictus Professional Snowfighters is the region’s trusted leader in residential snow and ice management, serving homeowners across Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland. We take pride in our professional image, reliable service, and our commitment to keeping properties safe all winter long. This season, we’re bringing our brand directly to the public with Invictus VIP Tent Activations at major shopping centres — and we’re looking for energetic people to join our event marketing team
**The Opportunity**
We’re hiring confident, outgoing Event Sales Representatives to staff our Invictus-branded outdoor booths. You’ll engage homeowners, explain our $99 VIP Snow Membership, and help them sign up instantly using a tablet or QR code. Your goal? Build excitement, create trust, and bring new homeowners into the Invictus family.
**What You’ll Do**
- Engage and greet shoppers at our outdoor tent displays
- Explain the Invictus VIP membership ($99/year, includes $99 credit toward first snow service + free ice melt
gift)
- Process signups using iPads or QR codes
- Represent the Invictus brand with professionalism and energy
- Maintain booth setup and restock promotional materials
- Work with your teammate to meet and exceed signup goals
- Collect leads for the inside sales team to follow up
- Drive company-provided vehicle to assigned event locations as needed
**What We’re Looking For**
- Outgoing, confident personality — you love talking to people
- 1+ years in sales, retail, promotions, or customer service
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Tech-friendly (familiar with tablets, payment apps, QR codes)
- Available weekends and select weekdays October-December
- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s licence required
- Clean driving record — company vehicle provided for event travel
**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Event marketing or street team experience
- Background in home services, construction, or trades
- Prior involvement in property maintenance or snow removal

Pay: $25.00-$352.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
