We require a fresh face to add to our inventory department to assist with imaging products for our website and our upcoming auctions and to provide excellent customer service skills to our clients via phone.

This is a permanent, full-time position. All necessary equipment is provided. All we need is your skills and keen eye

Colonial Acres Coins has been in business since 1991. We strive to provide exceptional service to numismatics collectors worldwide, focusing on Canadian products. We provide services online through our website, Auction and storefront.

**Responsibilities**:

- Photographing numismatic inventory for in-house digital and print uses but primarily for our online store with the use of EOS Utility.
- Image editing including colour correction, levels, cropping, and more as needed.
- Ensuring all photography files fit parameters and are uploaded to our website in a timely manner.
- Delivering digital photographs on time and per directions to our auction department in respect to their deadlines.
- Record keeping and organization of files & data, and helping to maintain organization of product as you process it.
- Demonstrate efforts to achieve artistic goals at the qualitative and quantitative levels with a level of detail.
- Able to multi-task with answering inbound customer phone calls, being able to communicate clearly and to them with current knowledge of stock and availability of items.
- Using online POS system to assist customers and place orders as requested.
- Able to work in the storefront one Saturday a month from 9:30am to 3:00pm.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- 1-2 years of photography experience, preferably with some experience with macro photography. (EOS Utility experience an asset)
- 2+ years Adobe Photoshop, including batch automating and action sets
- Criminal record check
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Internet navigation and website user knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks to maintain production expectations and deadlines
- Keen ability to detect small differences in colour and tone to ensure the photograph matches the item as accurately as possible
- Ability to work independently as a self starter
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with customer account information
- Numismatic knowledge an asset (but not required)
- Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken (French is an asset, but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour
