We are looking for a full-time Cleaner. The schedule is from Saturday & Sunday.This position is at our client's location based in different locations : _**Richmond**_

**Your Job Scope**:

- Clean building common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, and lounges, etc.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum as required by strata or management.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture
- Ensures and maintain good housekeeping and general tidiness in the assigned work area(s).
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances and replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
- Report burnt out lights and minor repairs to supervisor or building manager
- Sanitize all high traffic touchpoints to ensure the health of all residents and staff
- Pick up debris around the exterior of the building, in common areas and in parkade.
- Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Other related duties and tasks as assigned by Management

**You Have**:

- Previous residential/ strata cleaning experience an asset but not required.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent work habits, time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to speak and communicate in English.
- Must be able to professionally communicate with clients and tenants.
- Excellent team player with positive attitude
