- Come be a part of a meaningful mission**Reports To***: Sales Operations and Pricing Manager**ROLE SUMMARY**:
The Sales Operations & Pricing Analyst is a key member of the Sales and marketing organization. This role will work closely to with the sales, marketing and pricing teams and help provide key data and insights to help leadership make strategic decisions. Supporting the company’s sales team by creating, evaluating, optimizing data sets and develop and implement pricing strategies for the company’s products and services.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage/Develop and Track Sales Performance Reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Work with leadership to manage/develop and oversee sales compensation planning, tracking and implementation.
- Collaborate and support sales leaders to help make data-driven decisions.
- Configure new price books and product SKUs in analytical systems
- With guidance from leadership work with sales, marketing, operations and finance to develop implement and maintain service price strategies.
- Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of a customer.
- Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for leadership.
- Identify revenue leakage opportunities within current customer base to capture entitled revenue.
- Identify revenue management opportunities by conducting market analysis and synthesizing data into actionable insights/recommendations to support senior management decision making.
- Analyze and support integration efforts surrounding pricing and customer data

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Technical and functional knowledge of Excel, Analytics and CRM
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with using analytics tools and advanced knowledge of MS Excel, pivot tables, V-look up etc.
- High level of honesty, integrity, confidentially and accountability
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, professionalism and business maturity
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in delivering complex data solutions.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external departments.
