**LOCATION**:Hybrid - 230 Hanlon Creek Blvd Guelph, ON

**SUMMARY**:
Junior Operations Analyst, reporting to the Ops. Analyst Manager is responsible for assisting with various reporting and analytical needs of the organization, ranging from operations, to HR, to EHS, to sales. The Jr. Operations Analyst will work closely with Care Center Managers, Regional Managers, and Managing Directors to provide reporting or data as needed on regular cadence and on an ad hoc basis as well as investigate anomalies or variances and work to continuously improve the reporting and analytics across the organization.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create/Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as assigned
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for Care Centers & Management
- Track open requisition and recruitment metrics as well as turnover
- Assist with On Time Delivery (OTD) tracking and investigation of root causes for OTD below target
- Assist with the creation of various monthly performance decks for HR, EHS, and Operations
- Identify gaps in reporting and opportunities to improve existing reports

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
**Education, Experience, & Training**
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- 3 years of experience as an analyst in finance, operations, production/manufacturing or related role and field
- 5+ years of experience with Advanced Excel Skills
- Experienced with Power BI reports preferred

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP systems and/or Power BI a plus

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Travel may be required (up to 10%)
