**What You’ll Do**

**Recruit, Train & Develop a Winning Team**
- Hire, coach, and mentor a team of solar sales consultants
- Lead training sessions, role-playing exercises, and team meetings
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance

**Drive Sales & Strategy**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor sales performance, optimize lead generation, and streamline sales processes
- Provide hands-on support, including joining reps in closing deals when needed

**Ensure an Exceptional Customer Experience**
- Educate customers on solar energy benefits and tailor solutions to their needs
- Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation

**Manage Performance & Reporting**
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipelines, and team productivity
- Provide insights and reports to senior leadership

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ 2+ years of sales management experience (solar industry preferred but not required)
✔ Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and exceeding targets
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
✔ Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus

Pay: $200,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
