**Immigration Case Worker-Mandarin Speaking**

Trust Plus Overseas Affairs Consulting Inc. - Toronto, ON

**Duties**:

- Preparing submission packages for both basic and complex submissions and sending them to Service Canada, Provincial Nominee Offices and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
- Drafting, reviewing and proofread forms, documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Contacting various government agencies to inquire about anything related to the work.
- Coordinating with clients and other staff members in Eastern Canada and China to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Ensuring that Immigration Consultants are at all times advised of client related issues that come to the attention of the Immigration Case Workers.
- Communicating with clients to gather information and documents related the Application.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Proficient English language skills - **Must have IELTS 6.5-7 in Writing, Reading, and Speaking**
- **Fluent Chinese language skills**
- No work experience required - training provided
- Excellent attention to details and proofreading skills
- High computer proficiency including Acrobat Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in an environment where discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to take initiative when appropriate.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A confident, proactive approach to working within a challenging legal environment.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
