**Key Responsibilities**

As a Spa Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of all front desk tasks. Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Greet clients, vendors and other spa guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer a busy phone-line for scheduling appointments and general inquiries
- Ensure client profiles are up-to-date and accurate
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk, waiting area and treatment rooms
- Assist team with room set-up
- Promote and sell skincare products to clients

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- High level of professionalism and personal care
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Apple technology

COVID-19 considerations:
All persons entering the facility are required to wear masks, curb-side pickup is available for retail purchases, all common surfaces are wiped down regularly

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
