We are looking for an organized and results-driven **Cross Dock Supervisor **to join our team. By providing ongoing direction, guidance and support to the Warehouse Team you will be responsible for the daily, efficient and accurate movement of freight to achieve service delivery objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of Grade twelve (12), with a minimum of five (5) years’ progressively responsible warehouse and supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong knowledge of the Transportation LTL Industry and freight-handling requirements
- Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven ability to lead, manage and develop others in a Unionized environment
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Positive attitude that communicates job-related issues with a constructive, problem-solving approach; always willing to take on new challenges
- Able to work the afternoon shift (3:30PM-12:00AM) and overtime as required
