As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen/Cafeteria, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality food preparation, and excellent customer service. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and follows proper food safety guidelines
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate record-keeping

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in hotel or restaurant management is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
