**Summary**

As a Night Auditor, you will be a vital part of our hotel team, specializing in customer service and front desk operations. Your core skills in hospitality, guest services, and multi-line phone systems will be essential in providing exceptional service to our guests during the night shift. With premium skills in phone etiquette and the ability to communicate in multiple languages, you will enhance the guest experience and ensure their needs are met. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel will also be valuable in performing nightly audit tasks accurately and efficiently. **Description of responsibilities**

  • Process all guest check-ins and check-outs by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures.
  • Operate telephone switchboard station.
  • Respond to and resolve guest requests, including wake-up call requests.
  • Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Familiar with Excel reports, credit card processing.
  • Review shift logs/daily logs and document pertinent information in logbooks. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Count and secure bank.
  • Complete and Process end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, completing cashier and closing reports, running night audit backup, and roll the date.
  • Follow hotel’s safety and security policies and procedures; Log any maintenance problems in MGS, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Support team to reach common goals.
  • Follow quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • Prepare event sheets
  • Run all reports on GXP
  • Need to follow night audit check list
  • If required need to drive shuttle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
