**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Maintain and organize property files and documentation
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing properties to potential tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for property management tasks
- Support property managers in daily operations
- Conduct negotiations with vendors and contractors
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and supplies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of sales processes within the real estate industry is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Property management: 3 years (required)
- Phone etiquette: 1 year (required)
