**Responsibilities**:
- Execute sales of new memberships and personal training at a high level
- Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members
- Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
- Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions
- Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and prospective members
- Help enforce club rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
**Qualifications**:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Outbound call experience preferred
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services
- Passion for health & fitness
- Basic computer proficiency
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
