**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations related to cannabis sales.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations within the dispensary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is preferred, showcasing strong customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE VALID QCW & SELL SAFE
- Proficiency in Excel and basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
