**Job Functions**

To identify and provide a deep clean of all our members, with a heightened level of member service.

A Facility Team Member will provide a full range of services to include; responding to member/client inquires, ensure all workout areas, equipment, and appearance are clean and maintenance issues are serviced in an efficient and timely manner.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, neatness and safety in the Club(s)
- Vacuum floors and carpets, wipe down fitness equipment, mop floors, clean windows and doors
- Follow all Club policies and procedures
- Enforce work processes and standard operating procedures to guide and regulate facility maintenance and safety
- Ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of the preventative maintenance program for facility maintenance
- Maintenance and minor repairs on weight room equipment as knowledge permits and as required
- Provides a ‘heightened customer service’ attitude that has a high focus and sense of urgency when interacting with internal and external customers while accomplishing work and achieving quality standards
- Outdoor custodial work as required
- Consistently meet deadlines with expected results
- Maintain a professional working environment
- Other duties as related to Facility Team
- Provide a heightened and outstanding experience to all members/clients including prospective clients that enter the club
- Adhere and enforce all club policies and procedures
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Maintain an ultra-clean and professional working environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management
- Ability to work within a multi-tasked environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with service oriented focus
- To perform all other miscellaneous duties as assigned and approved by the Manager - Club Operations

Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
