**What You Will Do**

Dive into the heart of our current project as the Quality Assurance Coordinator, where you'll ensure top-notch quality and seamless execution. From the moment drywall goes up until the final handover, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impeccable results. As a key player on our lean project team, you’ll lead all quality control activities, making sure every detail meets the highest standards and no item is left unchecked.
- Finish stage construction work cycle/sequencing
- Manage deficiencies through trade coordination
- Conforming to specs
- Quality Management plan
- Inspections - in-progress and completion
- Turn over/close out documentation
- Contractor quality requirements
- Punch list management
- Functionality testing
- Collaborate in Procore and SharePoint
