**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Supply Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop and execute supply planning strategies to meet demand requirements and achieve supply chain objectives within the region.
- Lead team to develop and execute strategies aligning with regional and company goals, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

**Logistics and Transportation Management**:

- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Optimize transportation networks and modes to minimize costs and improve efficiency while meeting service level agreements.
- Oversee cost management and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment between internal and third-party logistics providers to optimize service quality and meet financial targets.

**Strategic Operational Functions**:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology adoption to streamline operations and improve performance.
- Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and develop a team of drivers and dispatchers, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize team performance.
- Provide strong people management, coaching and change management to develop team members skills and capabilities maximize productivity and engagement.

**PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA**

We count on your expertise and managerial experience within supply chain management, along with knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally, have experience in industries closely related to agriculture, such as agribusiness, animal nutrition, or related fields.
- Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bring experience in operations, warehouse management and process improvement to the table.
- Demonstrate familiarity with health, safety, and other compliance regulations.
