We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team of dedicated insurance professionals at our Sioux Lookout office. The Customer Experience Representative will cultivate a welcoming environment with a focus on handling the front desk and will assist with general office duties. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, and will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a related field
