If you’re ready to make a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer customer questions and ensure customers leave satisfiedAttending customers in person/over the phone and resolving customer complaintsTrain and supervise cashiersCo-ordinate and schedule the activities of the cashiersReview accuracy of work of cashiers and provide additional training and support as neededHelp cashiers in resolving problems and completing workMaintain specified inventory and order merchandiseEnsure the visual standards and image of the department are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanlinessAuthorize payments and return of merchandiseMake recommendations to management concerning staff and improvement of proceduresOther duties as assignedTerms of Employment: Permanent Full-Time (40 hours/week)Positions Available: 1Benefits: After completing the 3 month probationary period, employees are enrolled in our Group Benefits which include Medical & Dental Benefits, Long Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, Maple Program and access to our staff only gym.
