**Non-Prime (Sub Prime) Finance Manager - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Oakville, ON)**

Are you a motivated, ethical, and customer-focused finance professional? **Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram**is looking for an experienced **Non-Prime Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager** to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who understands **non-prime automotive financing**, works with urgency and integrity, and takes pride in helping customers with all credit situations get the vehicle they need.

**Responsibilities**
- Secure financing for customers with all credit types, with a focus on subprime.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders and finance partners.
- Structure deals for maximum approval rates and profitability.
- Guide customers through the finance process with transparency and professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with all lender and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3+ years of experience in automotive F&I, subprime, or non-prime finance.
- Proven track record of closing subprime deals.
- Strong knowledge of credit and lending criteria.
- Self-starter with strong communication and organization skills.
- OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Professional, ethical, and motivated to grow.
- Marketing experience
