**Essential Functions/Competency Level**:
Assists the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman and the Executive Assistant to the CEO, EVP HR and the CFO (and other corporate staff as needed) with a variety of administrative support duties including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering phones and providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing memos and letters, transcribing notes, distributing mail and faxes, preparing reports, researching information, creating presentations and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsible for assisting in the coordination of executive(s) activities, planning meetings and conferences, screening calls and collection and compilation of sensitive business matters.

Exercises discretion regarding confidential business matters
