I aim to do more than just a good job—I strive for greatness and love making someone's day a little better. - Fantastic Customer service means something to me **Job Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Reviewing client folders to gather the accurate files and forms. - Accurately input and update progress data, ensuring that all entries are completed in line with company standards. - Maintaining the integrity of our data. - Gathering and compiling important data (reports and confidential information) from our online database and vendors and securely saving it onto our servers using SharePoint. - Use appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation - Interact with clients when looking for missing information - Analyze and Interpret Information - Recognize patterns, ask questions, keep an eye out for things that might not belong or seem odd on client paperwork. - Completing compliance documents. - Organizing and inputting insurance related documents into our system and ensuring completion from beginning to end. - Working with the investment team to spot opportunities or inaccuracies in client files. - Be an effective team member and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities. - Assist with general data entry tasks as needed, including maintaining records, tracking progress, and supporting various departments with data-related needs. **Skills and Attributes**: - Proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software and systems (Microsoft Suite Office 365 experience). - Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability, urgency, and a passion for success. - Must be collaborative and a team player, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and contributing to a supportive work environment.
