Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
