Service Lot Attendant

Markham, Canada Markville Chevrolet Full time

Duties:

- Greet and welcome customers to the dealership lot
- Assist customers with finding parking spots
- Direct customers to the appropriate areas within the dealership
- Maintain a clean and organized lot area
- Monitor and report any suspicious or unauthorized activities on the lot
- Assist with vehicle inventory management, including organizing and moving vehicles as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Assist with other duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes (preferred but not required)
- Cash handling experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3P 1B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
