We are seeking a Clinical Counsellor who is enthusiastic and passionate about opportunities to work with individuals in the community. This role contributes to the support of our clients in providing invaluable services to individuals with addiction and/or mental health concerns within the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington (KFLA) communities._

**Job Summary**:
The Clinical Counsellor provides evidenced informed individual and group psychotherapy for those living in the community with serious mental health issues. Therapeutic support includes assessment of assigned clients in association with the client, development, and implementation of a brief structured treatment plan. Treatment plans will address identified issues relating to emotional dysregulation and management, cognitive, and behavioural disturbances. All services are provided in accordance with the mission, vision values and established protocols of the Agency.
