We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dispatch Coordinator to enhance our customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage delivery planning and orders for bulk products to customers with a view to achieving cost and service objectives
- Build optimize driver’s routes/schedule and communicate with drivers on a daily basis
- Use the Tools available to optimize planning whether being adhoc tools or software installed specifically for Bulk management
- Communicate short term Customer forecast to Procurement department to optimize inbound flows
- Make appropriate cost decision based on order size, supplier available
- Build ad hoc business case for Customer routing optimization (delivery frequency, tank size. Etc )
- Make appropriate cost vs. service decisions (delay order, accept and/or refuse rush orders, etc )
- Provide after-sales service to customers; communicate proactively in the event of any incident and respond to calls
- Follow up on deliveries to customers by 3rd party carrier or internal drivers and escalation to Managers when on going issues
- Work closely with other Supply Chain departments and with Sales to find solutions and communicate both internally and externally about any problems that arise
- Communicate with Equipment Service team when issues are related to those aspects and dispatch service requests to service team
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of internal and customer operations
- Be accountable for the on time Invoicing to customers and distributors to ensure accurate inventory level
- Validate freight invoices for distributors and carriers
- Participate into projects such as implementation of Bulk software

**Job requirements**
- Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Logistics cost analysis, etc )
- Proactivity, independence and initiative
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep sensitivity to customer needs
- Results-oriented approach
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics and/or planning and/or inventory management
- Bilingualism, English and French, both oral and written
